That's the last level, there's no way to finish it.

The "japanese small wave" is actually a hint to a secret in the game. Here's another hint: "Tsunami" is japanese for big wave.

And Ko is small in japanese :P

for the dinosaur cut off the tail and knee cap, you can now cut it in half, Do so and then work the chunk smaller and smaller it works.

if ko means small and tsu means big ,, and u have to remember the secret of the japanies small wave even if u never knew the secret in the 1st place but are somehow expected to figure it out so you use a light saber to the point when your almost in tears i guess were all just crazy :)
